The increased needs of the product and application conditions demand optimum availability and reliability of truck and attachment. Meyer have quickly reacted to this new market trend by the acquisition of a 7000 square metre large area opposite the main administration and production plant in Salzgitter-Bad with more than 700 square metres of offices and approx. 1700 square metres of storage and workshop space. Customer service and parts supply have now been totally rearranged. Both areas now offer even better parts availibility and customer service support - now also available outside office hours a telephone hotline. | |
![]() | In order to be a professional product partner for the overall life of an attachment, Meyer have created a new business in the shape of the renovation of used attachments and incorporated it into the customer service centre. Used units are purchased and – depending on age and condition – repaired or renovated to be as new. Meyer offer these units graded in four quality levels, functional, used, modified and reconditioned. Reconditioned units are seen to be as new and are offered with the same warranty conditions. | |
