Rotate Gears: Compact direct drive with hydraulic clutch brake and multiple overlap of the worm and ring gear ensure sensitive and safe manoeuvrability of loads. Minimal parts allow for fast and easy maintenance. Rotator Housing: Corrosion resistant cast housing hermetically seals the worm drive gears and bearing to meet operational requirements of a hostile environment so that grinding dust, aggressive chemicals, salt water etc. cannot penetrate. Especially suitable for moulding operations, cold store operations and chemical factories. Easy Maintenance: Our highly-developed construction is made of high quality parts and has minimum wear parts. In addition to long life, this construction allows for easy inspection and quick adjustment. Safety: Minimum lost load centre at 0° mounting: therefore the mast is vertical when the forks are horizontal so the standard back tilt of the forklift is fully effective to safely secure the load on Optimum visibility: MEYER attachments are designed to work in heavy duty operations with optimum visibility for easier handling and greater safety. Extreme Operations: The unit can withstand extreme operations such as uneven ground, high dynamic loading, heavy dirt, aggressive chemicals, salt water etc., high or low temperatures and even combinations of these.

The direct worm/ring gear drive and clutch brake system of the MEYER 360° rotator is proven to be the best in arduous applications and as standard is protected against dust and dirt. Options are available for heavy duty and also foundry protection. The unit has continuous rotation in both directions to empty containers with enclosed fork pockets. The forks are manually adjustable and can be locked in position. The built-on sideshift positions loads precisely.
