At the beginning of 2013 the new Key Account Department was established. This step has been systematically planned by Hans H. Meyer GmbH to strengthen the national and international sales organisations and to link the national and international sales and distribution structures for an even closer customer service, especially in key account areas. Thomas Auringer, Managing Director of the company, explains: “With this step we consistently invest even more in customer support.” Dr. Mathias Krömker, Director Sales at Hans H. Meyer GmbH, emphasizes: “This new unit is based on organisation structures of our key accounts and provides optimum customer support. We offer even more direct contact and intensive support as the interface between supplier and customer is more effective this way.” The setup is carried out in several steps and commenced with the appointment of the National Key Account Manager, Andreas Staab, who has been supporting this undertaking since the beginning of this year. He is working closely with Ingmar Grabbe who takes over the International Key Account care. Jessica Liehmann, a long-standing employee of Hans H. Meyer GmbH, will advise with enquiries and projects in internal sales and rounds off the Key Account Team at MEYER.
